For patients

We never bill patients.

InfiniT Resolutions works for doctors and other providers in payment disputes with health plans. Those disputes are between your provider and your plan. You are not part of them, and you will never get a bill from us.

Your protections from surprise bills

A federal law called the No Surprises Act protects people with private health coverage, such as a job-based or individual plan, from surprise medical bills. Medicare, Medicaid and other government programs have their own protections. In plain terms:

Emergency care

For most emergency care from a hospital or provider outside your plan’s network, you can only be charged what you would pay in network. You cannot be billed for the rest.

Care at an in-network hospital or surgery center

If an out-of-network provider treats you at an in-network facility, for example an anesthesiologist or a radiologist, you pay only your in-network share. For many of these services you cannot be asked to give up this protection.

Air ambulance

If you are flown by an out-of-network air ambulance, you pay only what you would pay in network. Ground ambulances are not covered by this law.

If you do not have insurance or choose not to use it, you have the right to a good faith estimate of costs before your care.

If you think you got a surprise bill

The federal government explains these protections and how to get help at cms.gov/nosurprises. That page also tells you how to file a complaint.
