Privacy notice

What this site collects

Nothing that identifies you. The site has no forms and no accounts, and it sets no cookies. We count visits and page load times with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. The site loads no other outside scripts, fonts or images.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use that data to identify visitors.

Email

If you email us, we use your message to reply. Do not send patient information by email.

Client information

Information we handle for clients, including protected health information, is governed by our written agreements with those clients, including a business associate agreement. This website notice does not cover it.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will post the new version here with its date.
